HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP WITHIN THE USA?

USPS delivery times will vary, but the majority of customers will get their products within 2-3 business days after shipping. All shipping times listed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed as there may be carrier delays along its route that are beyond our control. We ask you wait at least one week before reaching out and that you please give us patience but as always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

 

DO YOU SHIP FROM CHINA? WILL IT TAKE WEEKS TO GET MY ORDER?

Absolutely not. We have our inventory fully stocked here in the United States of America. Not only that, but we typically process orders same day which means little to no waiting for your products to arrive. We work closely with USPS, and every order will have a tracking number, so you can know exactly where your order is at all times. Of course, delivery times vary on a lot of factors, but most orders arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please make sure your address is correct. If an order is returned due to invalid address the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless it is a carrier error. All unclaimed orders will be donated to charity.

We rely on the tracking information provided by USPS, UPS and FEDEX. If your package is reported delivered we cannot replace your package.
